His Excellency Sultan bin Saeed Al Badi, the previous Minister of Justice, was born in 1963 and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from UAE University. He has previously held the position of Undersecretary of the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department, where he worked on developing various technical and administrative aspects of the department. This contributed to enhancing the level of judicial and legal services in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. The Abu Dhabi Judicial Department distinguished itself by adopting a comprehensive system of specialized judicial circuits and utilizing the latest technologies in managing and overseeing judicial and administrative processes.

His Excellency also served as Chief Prosecutor of Al Ain, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Justice, and was entrusted with the role of Head of Sharia Judiciary in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. His initiatives had a significant impact on achieving key accomplishments in advancing the justice and judiciary system in Abu Dhabi, leading to high rates of efficiency in case resolution and the development of justice services in the emirate.

Ahmed Abdel Samad is a Senior Legal Consultant at Sultan Al Badi & Partners. Before joining Sultan Al Badi & Partners, he held senior positions at prominent law firms in both the United Arab Emirates and Egypt, served as in-house legal counsel for a multinational corporation, and acted as secretary to the arbitral tribunal in ad hoc arbitration proceedings. In addition to his distinguished legal background, he also holds a certificate in Intellectual Property from the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), along with a Bachelor of Law and a postgraduate diploma in International Arbitration from Ain Shams University in Egypt.

Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce – Accounting and Business Administration (English Section) from Tanta University in 2008, I have been a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) since 2012 and hold a Corporate Tax Diploma 2024 from Tully Institute – United Kingdom. I possess extensive practical experience in the financial sector, including work in banks and insurance companies, with a focus on accounting, financial analysis, and reporting in accordance with international standards. I have a deep understanding of tax and regulatory compliance, and I consistently strive to enhance financial performance and provide effective solutions in a dynamic work environment. 

Mr. Hassan Rashad has over twenty years of experience with the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department, where he held several positions, including Secretary of the First General Commercial Circuit for 13 years. He also worked in other departments, such as the execution Department, Misdemeanour and Criminal Courts, and the Notary Public Department. He is highly proficient in the use of Oracle systems, data entry, and clerical work, and is highly skilled at typing at over 75 words per minute with high accuracy. He also worked for over five years in the field of law and legal consultancy and spent two years at the General Command of the Armed Forces – Land Forces Command – Computer Information Systems Division, where he was responsible for all land forces files during that period.

I have extensive experience in handling legal documents, providing administrative support to lawyers, and managing communication with clients and judicial authorities. I possess broad experience with the various court systems in the United Arab Emirates, including knowledge of legal procedures and the operational mechanisms within judicial bodies. I am known for my accuracy, confidentiality, and strong organizational skills, along with the ability to work effectively within a dynamic legal team and contribute to achieving the highest levels of efficiency.

Sabry Aziz Tawfik is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and MBA holder with over 25 years of experience in the UAE construction industry. As a seasoned Projects Director, he has led multimillion- dirham developments from concept to completion. He is an approved unlimited engineer by Dubai Municipality and a member of several professional engineering bodies. His expertise spans project planning, cost control, contract management, and claims preparation. Known for his leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills, he has consistently delivered complex projects on time and within budget across both public and private sectors.
